With the emergence of so many talented youngsters the club has taken the decision to move the 1s and 2s to the Warwickshire League and therefore become part of the pyramid structure. We have a number of juniors playing County level cricket and this will enable them to test themselves consistently at a high standard of cricket as well as giving the club the opportunity to move up the structure should we do well.

Our commitment to the Cotswold Hills League remains strong and we are putting a third team into that structure this year with the introduction of our 5th team into Division 6. This leaves Earlswood as one of only three clubs fielding three sides in the CHL alongside Kenilworth Wardens and Norton Lindsey. We see the CHL lower divisions as an excellent place to blood our youngsters as they begin their journeys in senior cricket.

Exciting times ahead and a steep learning curve for many as they get to grips with losing draws and the like but we are all looking forward to this next adventure for the club.
